Martin brings to the helm a keen sense of innovation and solid experience in business development and organizational management. In 2008 he founded the O&O consulting firm and just two years later, successfully negotiated the establishment of Warner Bros. Games Montreal. During his career, he has held vice presidential positions at Bluestreak Technology and Ubisoft Montreal. He has acted as the President of Alliance Numérique in addition to sitting on the ESAC’s board of direction (Entertainment Software Association of Canada). Martin holds a Master of Business Administration from EMBA McGill HEC Montréal.

Louis has been officially involved in making games for 22 years, and has unofficially been designing them since he was 8 years old. Prior to joining Frima, Louis has held the positions of Producer at Ubisoft, Creative Director at both Behaviour Interactive and Warner Bros. Games Montreal, as well as Development Director for the purpose of kicking off new game content. During this time has been involved in critically acclaimed productions such as Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six series, Nickelodeon’s Monkey Quest and LEGO Legends of Chima Online.

Louis Lamarche

Vice President Creative & Design

With a career spanning over two decades, Vincent has held senior positions at Ubisoft, Vircom, EA Montreal and EA Motive. He has a wealth of experience in game development and managing large team projects as Senior Producer and Producer on several AAA Open World games with 4 separate Assassin’s Creed games, Far Cry Primal and more recently as General Manager at EA Motive on the creation of the single-player portion of Star Wars Battlefront II. Having worked in both the film and video-game industries, Vincent has a unique mix of technical, artistic and managerial expertise.

Jean-François brings to the table 20 years of experience in international business development in the video games and connected experiences industries. Over the course of his career, he has acted as Director of Business Development at Hibernum, and as Sales Director at Float4. An entrepreneur at heart, Jean-François held joint ownership of the video game studio, ODD1, and is also a founding member of Alliance Numérique, where he led the international trade program for many years. Jean-François holds a degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal.

As a co-founder of Frima, Christian has been a central figure in our studio since its inception in 2003. With over 20 years experience as a professional cartoonist, he is considered one of the industry’s best within the province of Quebec. Indeed, he even designed the Frima logo! Before taking over as Vice-President of Art & Animation, Christian held the title of Vice-President of Creation. He is the creative mind behind the characters of Peter Flat and Widgets Odyssey and acted as Art Director on the W series and the Rooster Doodle-Doo animated feature.

Christian Daigle

Vice President Art-Animation

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience, Josée joined Frima Studio as Vice President of Finance in 2017. During her career, she has held positions from Corporate Controller to Vice President of Finance at H2O Innovation; she was the Director of Financial Reporting at Cossette Inc.; and was a Principal Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Josée has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Accounting from Université Laval.

Vice President Finance & Administration

Annie joined the Frima team in 2015. She has been practicing human resources for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Frima, she held several management and executive positions for various service-oriented companies. Among her other responsibilities at Frima, she ensures good practices and strategies in human resources and oversees various projects in organizational development and employee experience. Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration / Human Resources and a certificate in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
