As a co-founder of Frima, Christian has been a central figure in our studio since its inception in 2003. With over 20 years experience as a professional illustrator, he naturally took over the artistic direction of the studio when it was founded. Indeed, he even designed the Frima logo! He is the creative mind behind many games and movies the company has developed over the years. Before taking over as head of the studio, he held the positions of vice-president Creative and vice-president Art & Animation.

Her leadership, mastery of her profession and her values fit very well with our management vision and with the focus on the deployment of a skills development culture and the promotion of a talent management culture. Her vision and expertise developed over more than 20 years as a production manager with various major players in our industry and her university studies at HEC Montreal and McGill have an undeniable impact in the pursuit of our objectives and strategies to bring our common vision into action.

MAGGY LAROUCHE

VICE-PRESIDENT PRODUCTION

With over 15 years in the industry and at Frima since 2017, Jimmy joins the management team with a strong expertise in the video game industry. His knowledge of the market and business processes has been acquired through his experience as a senior producer on more than 25 projects with major clients and through his business development experience. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated agreements totalling millions of dollars in promising projects for the studios and teams he has worked with. He is in charge of Frima's sales and strategic partnerships and is responsible for defining service offer strategies for major accounts and potential clients.

JIMMY LEMAY

VICE-PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Annie joined the Frima team in 2015. She has been practicing human resources for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Frima, she held several management and executive positions for various service-oriented companies. Among her responsibilities at Frima, she ensures good practices and strategies in human resources, organizational development, employee experience and communications. Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration / Human Resources and a certificate in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

ANNIE PLOURDE

VICE-PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMMUNICATIONS

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience, Josée joined Frima as vice-president of Finance in 2017. During her career, she has held positions from Corporate Controller to Vice-President of Finance for an industrial technology company, Director of Final Reporting in a marketing agency and Senior Manager in an accounting firm. Josée has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Accounting from Université Laval.

VICE-PRESIDENT FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Martin is responsible for technology development excellence within the studio. His impressive track record of over 25 years with major players in the game industry gives him the creative and strategic vision to be an impactful contributor to the team and our partners. He provides influential leadership and expertise within his business communities by sharing his vast knowledge and passion for technology.
